I am an accredited PACFA and ACA psychotherapist, and cousellor, I have extensive training in the integrative approach to psychotherapy and more than a decade of expertise in the practice of yoga and bodywork. For this reason, I work with both mind and body awareness and I draw upon different evidence-based models and theories to create a treatment that specifically addresses your unique experiences and concerns.
I work with individuals and couples for a wide range of concerns: anxiety & depression, relational difficulties, attachment repair, low self-esteem, lifestyle issues, somatic disturbances, trauma, PTSD & C-PTSD, grief and loss. Also, I am proficient in Italian, Spanish, and French. I have a multicultural practice, welcoming clients from all walks of life.
